Interesting comments. I've always thought that sleep disorders and ch are related. Seems like ch happens pretty much at night, right? I can only comment on what I know. I haven't experienced sleep paralysis, but I have had sleep disorders, specifically night terrors when I was a child (YIKES!) and sleepwalking, talking in my sleep to this day (nothing incriminating so far!).
I would be interested in seeing any results of research linking sleep disorders and ch. I think you're onto something.
