Magnesium (Mg) levels are apparently lower in CH sufferers
as well as in migraine sufferers. The addition of
Mg to your diet may produce some improvement in
the syndrome. However, it appears that increasing
dietary levels of Mg is more in line with profilaxis than
with a cure.

There are several ways to reduce your RBC count, most of
which may not be advisable. Never the less, stopping
smoking may help tremendously to bring those levels back
to normal.

CH episodes are known to last in episodic sufferers
between 3 weeks and 4 months. Maybe decreasing
smoking, doing some form of exercise, improving
mood via activities that are fun, and bettering your
diet may help bring some relief in the very near future.
Dietary stress is another form of stress, which may
apparently contribute to CH.
