My wife claims that while sleeping, I will go long periods between breaths ... apnea. I had to change jobs and went to 3rd shift hours. 11pm-7am. I have a hard time falling into deep sleeps during the day. I think that not getting good sleep has made this cycle hard to break but... who really knows.
