To All Fellow Clusterheads-
I was wondering after doing a ton of research on CH's if any of the rest of you out there suffer from some kind of sleep disorder (other than the obvious), but on one particular post- can't remember which one exactly- it talked about "circadian rhythms". Well, I have had trouble sleeping ever since I can remember. Even when I am cluster-free I have trouble falling and staying asleep. I even have restless leg syndrome.
I am just curious to see if anyone else has problems sleeping. My neurologist said that sleep deficiency is a cause of alot of neurologicol (sp?) problems.
