I get restless legs and I hate it, it drives me nuts. Until about a week ago I had not had them for over 5 years, since I was pregnant. About a week ago I started to have them again. I remember when my grandmother was alive she used to get them and her Dr. told her it was a lack of potassium. As for the sleeping, I am one of those people that youu could have a party in my room and I would not wake up. I go to bed by 10 almost everynight and it is because I am totally exhausted and I have no difficulty falling asleep. I would say say thought that since I have started having CH, I have had a couple of night were I cold not go to sleep until after midnight. My headaches happen between 12pm and 9 or 10 and I think by the time I am done with them and have taken the "may cause drowsiness" medicines I am physicaly and mentally exhausted.
