Here I thought I was alone with my addiction! I use it for work! It doesn't make me tired on the job at all. But if I need to get some sleep at home, I take one. Does anyone know of any harmful long term side effects? That's what I'm worried about. It's a relief to know other people have the same dependency as me. Thanks for setting up this web page.
