i've been taking gravol for years now and I dont know what to do about it. I know for a fact without it I could not sleep at night, and i have to sleep in order to do my job at work. I was wondering if there is any way to wean myself off the drug without suffering the severe withdrawl symtoms. It seems just easier to keep on using like I have been for too long but I know it could lead to serious medical problems in the future and I can't risk that either. It's like a totally no win situation, I started using it as a child for the right reasons, the later started using sometimes when i couldnt sleep. Then it became using it out of boredom, and escalated from there. I think enough is enough and would greatly appreciate any feedback or people with the same problem to email me.
