A few years ago I lived in Monterey Park and know what you mean about the great chinese food there. MSG seems to be a trigger for lots of ills and could very well trigger your clusters. In this day and age, because of the problems MSG cause, many places now cook without the MSG. Try to find one of those places. I can't tell the difference in the food with MSG or without MSG.
