I have been reading the abstract about the brain abnormality that causes CH, or is suspected of causing CH. Anyway, the question is: Does this abnormally dense cluster of cells develop during the life of the individual and start causing CH or is it present at birth? If the latter case, why don't we all get CHs in the cradle? I understand the AVERAGE age to develop CH is around 35YO, does this imply that the creation or activation of this brain abnormality is a function of ageing? Thanks for your time.

Regards.

Testy.
