About 15-yrs ago I found one obscure article (or was it one article in an obscure medical journal?) about neck movements triggering a cluster attack.
The mechanism of this triggering was not being investigated--the author was only reporting the event.
So, have nothing to share with you except I used to have the same experience with great regularity--then the whole thing just stopped!
