personally doubt it, from my experience & observation - but that's just me

don't think anyone's ever been able to show a correlation between ingested material and the start of a cluster
as far as attacks within a cluster - perhaps some things could aggravate
certainly alcohol of any kind or amount is a pretty universal NO NO
(OK - let's say 99% for those of you who still need to defend your drinking)

but that's very different from a food trigger

most "food triggers" for most maladies are forms of allergies (unusual responses to normally benign substances)
alcohol is an out & out poison (toxin - that's why they say "intoxicated)- I don't say that judgmentally, simply a fact of biochemistry

as far as what's been written - there's a huge body of "knowledge" that comes from the 100 year belief that clusters are a form of migraine - so Drs have been "preconditioned" to think migraine when they're dealing with CH
the further we go tho, the further apart the two are showing to be -
so, we not only have to develop new knowledge, but try to decide what existing "fact" isn't so

it's a challenge, which is also why pretty rigid protocols for both sampling & analysis are necessary
