Hello, I am 6 weeks into my current CH, I normally get them once a year for about 6 or 7 weeks - I have had them for 15 years or so. I discovered Imitrex 3 years ago - my life changed - I went from a percodad junky to a human being. I use Imitrex injections only - the pills and nasal don't seem to work for me. I use 2 to 3 injections every day with no problems, so far. Quite frankly I would loss my mind if I had to live without it - so whatever the health risks may be - so be it.
