Personally I have felt the nausea, vomited once in a very nice restaurant during a business dinner, made it to the restrooms though:o) In addition, I get very tired and it is like being in a fog. My doctor stepped down my dosage from 3*300 to 2*300 and it seems to be better. Luckily for me my bouts come with 18 month intervals and they last only 3-4 weeks. Lithium does however help me with my headaches.
