it's about MSG and other food additives. What struck me is that yeast maybe containing MSG, AND NOT BEING DECLARED, so you may be consuming it in foods and not be aware of it. I agree with you, CANDIDA is not just the one cause of CH's, but it is one of the components of the pattern, same as you I've always noticed my worst attacks go hand in hand with worse "bowels". The Candida itself is the result of chemical influence, either medical, pollution (indoor and outdoor), or even in food. All the food I eat is freshly prepared, no processed food at all because of additives and allergenes, so it really scared me when I read that in the US they spray crops of veg. with MSG. You cant win, can you, "sister chemy" will always get you.
