""I'm glad to hear that you are no longer getting your headaches""
Where are you getting these assumptions?
""Not necessarily true. The body doesn't stop changing at the end of puberty. One example is male pattern baldness.""
Are you impying that clusters are a product of Old age now? How do you slow the onset of old age? LIFESTYLE!
""What was so radically different about your lifestyle in the first five years of your life that cursed you with such a condition? ""
Stessfull family life. But lets not get into that unless you want to read a book.
""How was your diet,
exercise routine, etc., different from all the rest of the five-year-olds sitting in the same kindergarten class with you? My guess is that it wasn't all that different. ""
I could eat no can food, ALMOST no food with preservatives. Not too much sun, nothing to strenous, not too much candy.
Hospitals every week, doctors, parents myself had no idea whats wrong. Can't go excursions, can't go friends houses,
Headaches 5 times a week year long. Boooo hoooo! What ever, you heard my SOB story, who cares right? Well you asked.
Was my life different? I thought so.
""On this point we disagree. I think I am in the majority in believing that this is PRECISELY why we get clusters... because we are not the same as non-clusterheads.""
True so why try to live the same lifestye as non-cluster heads???
""If bad diet and lack of
exercise and the intake of nicotine, alcohol, etc. were the cause of clusters, you can certainly believe that there would be a lot more clusterheads in the world than a fraction of one per
cent of the population,"""
Thats again assuming everyone is physiologically the same isn't it? Why do you keep doing that?
""there must be something more involved.""
There sure is it's called lifestyle.
""You say you are no longer getting headaches.""
I'm gettin tired of ansewering this question
""Can you tell me how long after you improved your diet, changed your exercise routines, etc., it took for your
headaches to stop coming?""
You looking for a simple-one-trick-pill answer?? Say 5 years, my body was fucked up from all the abuse.
""How many years has it been since your last headache? ""
years???? I'm not lucky like you guys to only get clusters and get it only every couple months. Depends on how much of a good boy I am.
If I get lazy, maybe everyday, If I get good I can go 3 months without one, they never get too bad unless I stay off track for too long.
""What specific vitamin and mineral supplements worked for you?""
Your mentality about this is ALL wrong. Vitamins and minerals are NOT 1-trick-pill drugs. no specific vitamin can cure you, you need
them ALL. Everyone does it's just some people are more sensitive to deficiency than others.
""What kind of exercise routine are you
Everybody is different, One with streching helps alot.
Keeping your teeth, eyes stress free helps too.
""Did you stop smoking (if you ever smoked to begin with) and cut back or eliminate alcohol completely?"""
Smoking, Drinking alcohol, Drink COFFEE (caffine), All cause me to get all kinds of
problems when I go into withdrawals. Fortuantly I don't do much any more.
""Are you avoiding MSG and other additives and staying away from
certain types of food?""
I've always been allergic to MSG. As my health got better so did my tolerance to MSG.
""I am interested in knowing these things because I am doing all of the above (some of them for almost two decades now) with no success whatsoever. I am probably doing some things
wrong or missing a crucial vitamin or something. Any advice would be appreciated.""
Advice?? Keep trying. Do you have answers yet? You won't get answers from someone else, only yourself. Has a doctor givin you an answer yet? Or only
a way to take away the pain minus your health. Maybe for one second I can stop being an ASSHOLE and offer something from what I learned.
Here's a book to read, most people think it's for muscle heads only. It's called "optimum sports nutrition" By micheal Colgan.
Am I thru being your guniea pig?
