I could eat no can food, ALMOST no food with preservatives. Not too much sun, nothing to strenous, not too much candy.
Hospitals every week, doctors, parents myself had no idea whats wrong. Can't go excursions, can't go friends houses,
Headaches 5 times a week year long. Boooo hoooo! What ever, you heard my SOB story, who cares right? Well you asked.
Was my life different? I thought so.

years???? I'm not lucky like you guys to only get clusters and get it only every couple months. Depends on how much of a good boy I am.
If I get lazy, maybe everyday, If I get good I can go 3 months without one, they never get too bad unless I stay off track for too long.

Your mentality about this is ALL wrong. Vitamins and minerals are NOT 1-trick-pill drugs. no specific vitamin can cure you, you need
them ALL. Everyone does it's just some people are more sensitive to deficiency than others.

Everybody is different, One with streching helps alot.
Keeping your teeth, eyes stress free helps too.

Smoking, Drinking alcohol, Drink COFFEE (caffine), All cause me to get all kinds of
problems when I go into withdrawals. Fortuantly I don't do much any more.

I've always been allergic to MSG. As my health got better so did my tolerance to MSG.

Advice?? Keep trying. Do you have answers yet? You won't get answers from someone else, only yourself. Has a doctor givin you an answer yet? Or only
a way to take away the pain minus your health. Maybe for one second I can stop being an ASSHOLE and offer something from what I learned.
Here's a book to read, most people think it's for muscle heads only. It's called "optimum sports nutrition" By micheal Colgan.
