Stress is part of life.Everyone of us has stress of some sort.I think major tragedy like a death or divorce is definetly not connected.Just my views but after years of a pretty stress free life as far as major stress goes I am lucky to stay home with my girls only working part time since we can afford it at this time.But I do wonder how many CH er's are adrenaline junkies.?I like to be going all the time.Now when I think a cycle is near I think i stress myself out just thinking about the thoughts of suffering I am in for.Maybe thats why we are alwasy stressed?Not sure but with pain like this we deserve to be stressed to the max.
