MD bashing - I like that, good expression. Unfortunately here in Europe we cannot sue doctors, doesn't exist, also there was quite a number in the course of several years as you can imagine. I am not generalizing about all the medics, its that terrible attitude that drives me mad. I am certainly grateful to the surgeon who was able to correct my spine and save me from paralysis, and the entire team, pain treatment, hospital staff, etc. etc.
What I am trying to say is BY BLAMING THE PSYCHE, YOU STOP LOOKING FOR THE REAL CAUSE, and then , how do you want to find the cause ? I have been reading Cluster-related links in different countries and have come across several who relate spine problems, who may have just what I had and go through the same thing. And what if "cervical myelopathy"/"spinal stenosis" was the cause of Cluster? (you can check that on your browser) , maybe you are affected yourself, there is no guarantee - so whoever is trying to dig and continue to search for a physical cause is bound to get closer to a solution than someone shoving it into the realm of the psyche.
By the way, I know a lot of people that get very angry and they do not have any cluster, never even a headache in their entire life.
