Do you have absolute, irrefutable, scientifically-based
and tangible proof that the "psyche" is not involved?
I would look at every bit of data available before discounting
something. All data that I have found indicates that
there might be a very strong statistical correlation between
CH and mental/brain dysfuction. Which causes which is unknown
since there is no data to point at any of them as
causative. Mind you that I am not advocating that
mental/brain problems are the sole source of the problem.
However, it appears to be one of the many factors involved in
the intricate CH syndrome.
