I was visiting Dr. Robbins headache site. There I saw the term cluster migraine. I thought to myself "Geeze, here's that term again, what the heck is this cluster migraine thingy?" Before i've always thought that it's a term that dr.s use who don't know what cluster headaches are. I e-mailed them. (i don't know if it was Dr. Robbins who answered me.) Pasted below is the reply I got to my question.

It is a combo of cluster and migraine...with features of both, at the same time...many people have these, and the usual migraine meds are used(we do discuss these thoroughly in Headache Help, new edit. just out)...LR

So now my question is do they literally mean a cluster and a migraine happening at the same time? Maybe they mean both symptoms mixed together making a whole new category of vascular headache.(yes I believe there is a difference, than two distinct headaches happen simultaneously) I don't know, but I'm going to figure this one out. This is way too vague for me. Any one with thoughts or more information than I have on this?
