I'm a 37 year old male. First diagnosed 9 years ago w/ CHA.
Back then the only thing they did was O2, nueral blocks up the nose
and finally Zoloft which would knock me out after 30-45 minutes of hell.
Clusters just came back a week ago after 7 years remission.
Found this web site after the first episode,
and when I went to the ER that nite,
got a shot of Demoral and a script fot the Imetrex Nasal
(Dr. Said No Dice on the Inj),
The Imitrex wasn't around, I guess, the last time the CHA's came.
Used the 20mg 5 times, it worked 3.
Saw a Nuerologist Friday, put me on Prednisone,
I was back in the ER again Sunday Nite.
My MD of course wouldn't give me a Rx for Demoral so it was back to the Nuerologist today and a Rx for Sansert.
Took my 1st this afternoon.
It makes you feel a little weird and a little wired.
But No CHA Today.
What is everyone else experience with this drug?
I've read the side effects, But to get rid of this demon I'll take the chance.
