Randy, please print out all the info on oxygen use AND medication to take with you when you see your doctor.
There's a lot of information there that s/he probably doesn't know about. Don't get angry, doc's can't know everything, but do point out that for many CH sufferers, episodic as wel as chronic, O2 has been just about the best pain management there is!
A lot of people posting on this board get by with the oxygen combined with Verapamil, but often in a higher dosage when necessary and no other meds.
Others do need a hot shot cocktail - there's no saying what will work for you.
Immigran tabs usually are too slow to cut the pain before the attack ends.
