There have been many messages and even quite a discussion on this board about applying heat close to the (most)affected spots on the face.
I have read extensive notes on this board on putting hot substances inside or alongside the nose (pepper cream) or under the tongue (hot sauce).
People apply heat packs and hot showers and even put their face as close as they can to a burning oven.
Where do you place the Salonpas heat patches? As close to the affected place as possible?
