myself no pads today so i can use them again tonight. I read
an article that shows that heat.. sports gels, etc. can cause
the blood to kinda flow easier through the vessels... and thus
it's not so bad. But, never use a heating pad on your head.
It's too hot and causes naseau.... oh, these aren't recommended
for head use... i just use them anyway... to heck with it already.
So, use at your own risk. They are soo cheap though. $4 for 50
pads. I don't mind throwing one in the mail to someone if they need
me too.
