I don't really tend to correlate the coincedence between fronts and clusters, but my sinus pressure builds up pretty good just before a heat wave (with humidity), and muggy storms. Which of course, is followed by CH's with intensity. When it cools off to a point where it's not humid, they seem to ease up a bit. Don't know if this helps, but just thought I'd respond.
