Front coming in

A front started coming in yesterday and I started to get pressure in my head and this time also in my neck.

Does anyone know if we get more fronts coming and going during the Fall and Spring than during Summer and Winter? If so, might that help to explain why cluster cycles are more in the Fall and Spring?
Not that would be the only cause but set things up?
Anyone have any ideas on that?
