about winter, but in our area we don't have many fronts moving through in the summer.
They have just begun for this year and we have one or two a week lately. Spring is about the same.
What I DO KNOW for sure, when a front is approaching, I'll be the first to know!
When in a cycle I'll have headaches 12 to 24 hours before the front actually reaches our area.
Out of cycle, I will feel rotten.
Like you, I think of it as a trigger, not a cause, but who knows?
