made it through last night... i woke up at 2 am and felt one
starting, so i put on a fresh heat patch and went back to sleep,
but at 5:30 am... the patches had fallen off and i had one starting
and i went to my oxygen tank. And then i took my son to school, then
went for a walk cause i felt okay... but an hour into it... it started
and by the time i made it home i was full blown. I kinda do the biofeedback
thing too... to keep my calm while an attack is going on and i can't make
it home fast enough to the tank... and it takes a good 10 minutes.. so i think
the biofeedback thing is also crucial while waiting for the tank to do it's job.
It's funny, i kinda "ride" the pain... and tell myself to BREATH.. cause i notice
i hold my breath which makes them so much worse.
anyway, i'm tired. just tired and now i have to figure out how i'm going to handle my
life for the next 8 weeks while i'm so housebound.
