Dear Mariah: Happily, I never had migraines. Mine were the classic stabbing, unrelenting wreck the furniture clusters. They are in remission but I have no illusions. Anyway, I think you'll find a LOT of people on the board have or have had both. I used a lot of biofeedback and Inderal for my clusters, as it's all that I found to work. They seemed to come in the Spring and Fall but I could have a series of them most anytime. Fortunately, mine rarely lasted more than three weeks at a time.
