Shari, I'm glad you found this site...it can provide you with great information and support. I hope you have found a sympathetic, knowledgeable headache specialist. An intial MRI or CT scan and work up is always in order. Oxygen is a first line treatment with clusters. Many of us cluster at different times. The signature "time" is at night. I have "usually" clustered most heavily during the evening and even daytime. So, this does happen. It made my management position a slow ticking bomb. Then, the stress doesn't help the cluster situation. If your husband can take a medical leave for a short period....do it. Also, remember that this is an illness / disability.
