Shari - you describe symptoms here that are unusual for your average CH.
Like being able to sleep - wish I could - keeps me up far too long.
Secondly the exercise like walking that tires out, I feel I must walk stand anything but lie down - just the distraction is partly satisfaction.
You should really get a second opinion.
