I started on Lithium aboout 10 days ago and have
been taking two tylenol pm about two hours before I want to sleep.
It seems to be helping me get to sleep easier....
I have headache all the time, and had a really difficult time
getting to sleep and staying asleep before trying this....
anyone know how long you can do sleep meds....without added harm/addictions??
I know it's extra tough without sleep....
