He had a lot of sucess in the early eighties with biofeedback. I have tried what I know about it instinctivly combined with meditation/visualizaion that I have been training in for several years. The real trick seems to be getting to the state where the mind can do its work. I can reduce pain, or at least move it to a different part of conciousness with many of its other forms but this one is so pervassive and invasive I have yet to have a lot of sucess. Thanks for your tip though. I have nothing against Drugs persay, but it would be nice to see other more self-contained/cheaper/holistic options being discussed as well. As I said, I am a compuslsive water drinker so maybe that is why my beast seems a little tamer. Or perhaps he/she is just gathering strenght. May you find the peacful relase of sleep this night. Blessings to you friend!
