I just found this site. My husband has suffered for thirty years with clusters. Had them before anyone could even diagnois problem. Been to many docs and will not submit to another. I am hoping new info will push him to see another. I need one that really knows clusters and that will not be condesending (you sufferers know a lot more than most docs). He has used all the ergos, oxy, a bunch of others in the eighties that had horrible side effects, codein (will not use again) and nothing has helped. Is Imitrex working for you with cronic clusters and are there any side effects. His are cronic so he has to try to function during most of the pain. Only in the am when it's really really bad is when I am most concerned. Please let me know all and if you know a good doc in San Diego area. I will be most grateful.
