There is a relatively new one on the market (about 6 months or less) it is called Zomig. It is in tablet form for now. It didn't work fast enough for me, but I was taking it in combination with Sansert (an ergotamine), and Imitrex inhalers.
I heard of a pain and sleep specialist who thinks maybe Ritilin is effective in aborting the cluster. Anything is worth a try, they hurt too bad to have to live with them.
