Understand about the predisone, Mike was taken of due to angina attacks, funny thing is after his first one they put him on a blood pressure medicine (not sure which one didn't connect at the time)and I swear he didn't have a ch
for the whole time he was on it. They took him off after a year and the cycles started again, but can't seem to convince the dr to put him back on (think it is time to switch dr just pushes the latest pills, the vendors are pushing).
This time he got Vioxx 25mg, Maxalt 10 mg and Cozar 50 mg, along with keeping his Nazonex and the Prevacid for the stomch problems others cause. Plus the Pred. cause my husband demanded it. They have also scheduled him for a cross sectional CAT,
he has already had a regular one several years ago.
Someone he works with was at a seminar on Hot Flashes, with some neurologists there to talk about the relationship of menopause, migraines and hot flashes. Our friend mentioned Mike to the Dr. and he was very interested
so we are going to try to get a referal, if we can't it comes out of our pockets but if there's a chance who cares. Will let you know.
