A suggestion you might want to try prednisone for a week or two until your meds kick in. You're in the midst of an ass kicker. Sad to say most of us have been there, happy to say you WILL survive it. See if doc will give you a 2 week supply of prednisone....low dose it say 20 to 30mg a day and see if maybe it will give you a break. It generally doesn't work long term but if ever I've heard someone that needs a short term break it's you. We are all here for you, you are never alone. Luv ya...
