This last cluster was the first time I used lidocaine nasal spray. I agree with you, it doesn't stop the HA but does kill some of the pain while I wait for my cafergot to kick in. Had to find a pharmacy that would custom mix the stuff. It's not made commercially because of a 3-4 month shelf life. $20 per bottle. Lidocaine 4.2%.
