When things seemed they couldn't get worse and then did, I'd keep reminding myself that it will get better. If not tomorrow, maybe the next day. Yeah, I know the beast well, I've been dealing with it for over 50 years, mostly episodic but also chronic for a couple of years. What other meds are you on? Have you tried oxygen? O2 has been my life preserver for 15 years and many of us get relief from it. We hear you and know the pain from this "headache". Feel free to email anytime and best of luck.
