Prepare a mix of brown rice flour and vermiculite and water in a mason jar. Sterilize the jar in a pot of boiling water. Inject spores. Wait.
That's it. I do not exaggerate when I say that a ten year old child could do it. Remember when you were stumped for an idea for a science project? The good old fallback was always..."Hey! I got it! I'll grow some fungus!"
