Topiramate(Topamax)-how much? I'm a chronic sufferer of 15 years and have tried almost everything. Verapamil has been helping for the pst year but latterly even at 960 mg a day became ineffective. I have just been put on Topiramate and have been building up my daily dosage over the last three weeks to its current level of 200 mg but it seems to be having no effect at all and my attacks are frequently hitting double figures each day. Has anyone else got experience of Topiramate? Is it working for you? At what dosage? How long did it take to 'kick in'? Any information would be welcomed. Many thanks.
