if you are following a strict candida-free diet and/or using Lamasil or Dilfulcan you WILL feel like hell for a few days while the yeast is dying off in your system. Flu like feelings are quite common during this period and our buddy Candida will try its level best to convince you that you NEED to feed it, but don't listen...it WILL die off if you adhere to your treatment but it sure won't be fun getting there! Just wanted to warn ya!
