I had a conversation with my primary care Dr. the other day trying to get more than two shots a month of Imitrex. The Veterans Amidinstration hospital will only issue two shots a month. I told the Dr the pain was so bad that if during a headache I had a shot sitting in front of me and I knew there was a 90% chance taking the shot would kill me (but would also releive the pain) I wouldnt hesitate to take the shot and take my chances.
My question, I am going to Mexico next week and have heard stories about cheaper prescription medications available there. Anyone had any experience with this? I am only interested in Imitrex injections, I have been a CH sufferer for 15 years and have done and tried everything.
