Good New just wanted to pass along.
I and a CH suffer 20 years. I just finished a CH episode without a Big One. I felt CH comming on and started Drugs right away. Steriods and Depakote.
Only went throught about 5/6weeks of Shadows and light weight CH. This is the first time I was able to stop the Big ones.
My point is that after 20 years I know what the start signals are and you may be able to stop Ch yourself, if you remember how Ch starts .
Note ; Depakote works for me I just heard of new Depakote ER- has now side effects like weight gain,and hair loss.It is available now.
