I'm a cronic, on 1,000mg depakote along w\ 50mg topamax and 9mg melatonin @ bed. This keeps them down to the shadows most of the time with no HALT meds needed, when they go up to a #6-7 (3 or 4 times a month) I take something new, Zypreexa, an antipshcotic - it works, #10s get maxalt.
Hope it continues working.
