I am allergic dust. A few weeks ago I noticed a swollen hard bump in one side of my nose. I squeeze it assuming it might be a hair boil but it is painless and it doesn't seem to go away or get any smaller. It has a reddish colour. I am keeping a close eye on it. Please let me know if i should be worried?
