I have a dumb question. I have had migraines in the past and now I'm wondering if they aren't cluster headaches. I can go to sleep perfectly fine and wake up with an excruciating headache, that gets better and worse over several minutes and then returns. I have seriously thought I was having a "stroke or Aneurysm" at times. I have had drooping in face, eye, cant move side of body etc. Is this just a migraine or a cluster?? and have you ever heard of them starting after a neck/upper back injury that is when all of the headaches started.
