To stay gainfully employed, I have to be in the field when working--sometimes 100 miles from home. I use a small portable 02 apparatus just like the one paramedics use. Comes in a bright orange plastic suitcase and aside from looking like a grown up Barbie Accessory, has been been truly a life saver for aborting the beast. I changed out the regulator from the emergency type and put on a standard one with a child's non rebreather mask. Has to be refilled more often, but the fact that this is available, outweighs any inconviences! I don't leave home without it!
