You're not alone mate...I too have had cluster headaches diagnosed and they have just begun again for the first time in 4 years, more intense than ever before...the pain also radiates along my jawline at night, especially with the ones I wake up with...I too thought it was a toothache, but after suffering for the last month and a dental checkup I'm positive it's associated with the CH...I have no fillings and have had no head trauma...peace...>8)
