Hi,I've had diagnosed cluster attacks in the past, not for at least a few yrs, all located near the left eye (lithium treatment helped me a great deal)In the past few days I've started to get the classic symptoms of a cluster, though the initial pain started in my left jaw among my teeth-then radiated out into my cheek-but not near the eye. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It seems strange that if I was having a toothache problem, why wouldn't the pain be more constant? I have just a whiff of sensation in the jaw during the day, but at night while in bed the ache will start and develop into a throbbing pain, radiating thru my cheekbone, making it feel flush, clogging my left sinus & watering my left eye--all symptoms of my past cluster headaches (but not the jaw-cheek location). Then in an hour or so the pain will gradually fade away. Thanks for any insight you could give!
