up untill about a week and a half ago, i was a pretty heavy drinker. well.... i paid for it. and still am. alchohol in my experience IS definitely a trigger, though not not the only one. if i don't have a headache and i drink, i have very little time to enjoy my buzz. within fifteen minutes i'm crying like a baby. i wouldn't say abstain from alchohol, but have drugs very close when he drinks. if he still wants to. for me, though, it's just not worth it anymore. my wife goes to bed crying every night. the stress is too much. i don't need to drink that badly.
